Description:
Welcome! We will work with all types of insurances!
When we are in pain due to injury, disease, aging or even our own D.N.A, we sometimes need a highly trained physical therapist with the leading-edge skills and compassion to facilitate the healing process. For historic Hackettstown and the surrounding communities in western New Jersey, Synergy Physical Therapy provides the high level of expertise and compassion patients deserve and their referring physicians expect.
With their combined 20 years of in-depth, hands-on experience, clinic founders Bonnie Fass, MPT, and Jodi Mascera, MSPT, provide their patients with state-of-the-art technology and methodologies for optimal rehabilitation and recovery. They deliver uncompromising personal attention to their patients. They specialize in treating musculoskeletal, spinal and athletic injuries. As natives of Warren County, Bonnie and Jodi share a strong affinity with their neighbors. With shared lives, friendships and experiences, patients will notice a remarkably comfortable and comforting healing environment. The clinic’s 1,800-square-foot location at the Mansfield Commons II shopping plaza was chosen to ensure easier access for their patients. Local transportation stops at the front door.

You think, you move. It’s that simple, until an injury or disease results in pain and limited movement. The human spinal column is the communications super-highway connecting our brain to the pain signals from all other parts of the body.
Over 80% of American adults experience back pain sometime during their lives. Back pain is one of the most common – and most costly – ailments in our society. The cost of treating back problems, time lost from work, insurance, therapy and surgery runs into billions of dollars every year.
Our customized programs are designed to decrease back and neck pain and promote faster healing. We use a specialized approach to reduce or eliminate pain and increase mobility, strength, flexibility and function.
From minor symptoms to severe postoperative challenges,
we have the methods & technology for faster recovery.
We are trained and certified in McKenzie mechanical diagnosis and treatment. We start with a thorough assessment of the symptoms to determine the best course of treatment for each patient.
One of our key specialties concerns neck and back injuries and spinal post-op treatment and care. Types of injuries to the neck and back vary from patient to patient with symptoms ranging from headaches to severe pain, numbness and tingling in the extremities. Injuries and conditions may include disc herniation and sciatica, postoperative care, musculoskeletal pain and fibromyalgia syndrome.
Our treatment methods have proven extremely effective in accelerating the rate of recovery. We also teach patients how to incorporate key exercises into their daily lives to reduce the chances of recurring pain following treatment. In the event more intense treatment or surgery is required, we can refer patients to the appropriate medical specialists.
